By using Crafty (“the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Platform facilitates connections and payments between Customers and independent Vendors.
2. Platform Role
* The Platform is **not** the seller of any products listed.
* We act only as a facilitator, providing the website and payment gateway.
* All products are sold and shipped directly by independent Vendors.
3. Ordering and Payment
* When you place an order, you are entering into a direct agreement with the Vendor.
* Payments are processed through our payment gateway and split between the Vendor and the Platform (service fee applies to Vendor, not Customer).
4. Shipping and Delivery
* Vendors are responsible for their own shipping, delivery times, and logistics.
* Delivery times are estimated and provided by the Vendor, not the Platform
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints
* Any returns, exchanges, or complaints must be directed to the Vendor.
* The Platform does not take responsibility for product quality, delivery, refunds, or exchanges.
6. Product Information
* Product descriptions, prices, and availability are managed entirely by each Vendor.
* The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of any product listings.
7. Dispute Resolution
* If you have a dispute with a Vendor, you must engage directly with them.
* The Platform may assist with basic communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes.
8. Intellectual Property
* All content on the Platform is owned by either the Platform or Vendors.
* Unauthorized use of images, product descriptions, or website content is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
* The Platform is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from purchases made through the Platform.
