1. Introduction

By registering as a Vendor on Crafy (“the Platform”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The Platform acts solely as a facilitator of sales and payments between Vendors and Customers. 

2. Platform Role

* The Platform provides the online space to showcase your products. 

* The Platform facilitates payment processing and charges a service fee per sale. 

* The Platform does not take ownership of your products at any stage. 

3. Vendor Responsibilities

* You are fully responsible for your product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and delivery/shipping. 

* You must ensure that all products comply with local laws and regulations. 

* You are responsible for customer communication, support, complaints, returns, and disputes. 

4. Payments and Fees

* The Platform deducts an agreed percentage service fee (or flat fee) from each successful sale. 

* The balance of payment is transferred directly to your nominated bank account. 

* Payment settlement terms: \[e.g., within 5 business days of confirmed payment]. 

5. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

* Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and managing delivery logistics. 

* You must clearly state your delivery times, shipping fees, and policies in your listings. 

6. Customer Service and Disputes

* All after-sales queries, complaints, returns, and warranty issues must be handled directly by you. 

* The Platform does not get involved in customer service matters between Vendor and Customer. 

7. Intellectual Property

* You retain ownership of your product images and descriptions but grant the Platform the right to use them for promotional purposes. 

8. Termination

* The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account for breach of these terms, customer complaints, or fraudulent activity. 

9. Liability

* The Platform is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between you and your customers.
